The wolf slowed as she reached the spring she had been on the look for, observant gaze shifting to the crystal clear water at her paws. Without much hesitation, Dion lowered her head, eager for a refreshment. Ebony fur danced slightly in the wind, the lack of dense vegetation new to the travelling female.
Pleasantly re hydrated, she turned her attention to the lands, taking in it's almost barren appearance apart from the sparse hills. It seemed that this spring was the only means of attraction to these parts, unless there was some sort of hidden treasure she didn't know about.
Taking a seat along the bank, Dion exhaled and rolled her shoulders, trying to relieve from tension from her body. Fatigue was a growing danger for her, yet she couldn't seem to find the willingness to stop moving, increasing the distance from her past.
A sudden sharp pain in her right shoulder caused her to groan, the still pink scarring along the joint a constant reminder of what she ran from. Dion almost prayed for some sort of distraction.

Dion jumped a bit at the sudden voice, gaze snapping towards it's owner. The look seemed harsh to begin with, yet softened a touch before she spoke.
"Fine." She said briefly, shifting her body to shield the injury. "You gave me quite the fright I will say." She added, straightening her posture like she was taught to do when meeting new wolves.

Roan remained oblivious to the wound. He seemed more curious, as he always was, and greeted in his usual charming manner. "My Lady, I am Roan, the Arch of this tundra. What might be your name, my dear?"

Dion was unable to contain her surprise, a ivory brow rising in question.
"An Arch you say? Well, I am sorry for my cold behavior." Sh replied smoothly, her head lowering slightly in a formal greeting and out of respect for the superior rank. "My name is Dionysus, but many call me Dion." The female added with a friendly grin. "It's a pleasure to meet you."
Someone must have been watching over her if she had been able to find an Arch.
