Fell chuckled at Artemis. She had settled on her paws and lay head down, mouth agape, still panting slightly, but not as heavily. "We are deprived of contact with other wolves...we didn't expect each other to have such skills." It was true, she had underestimated him. She was glad he could be useful. "Guardian is open to you if you wish it." She said, starting to lick the blood from her paw. It stung, but it wasn't anything she couldn't handle. "I plan to make a home close to this area." She thought about the forest near them. "Azure Wilds would serve nicely..." she had spend a few days in the forest. It was plentiful food for her befo re she came to this thicket. She looked forward to leaving it, in fact. She missed her calling of pines and firs.

"Guardian, eh?" he echoed, as if asserting the fact that this was the role he would be partaking in within the pack.
Guardian. It must've been that of a fighting rank judging by the name of it. A protector. In this case, the pack. Hopefully for the newcomers that arrived, he won't need to prove himself that he was such a rank although his size said otherwise. Arctic wolves weren't commonly known for their ferocious fighting. Whilst he had nothing to prove, neither cared, in the scenario that it needed to be so, so be it. Then came the mentioning of a new area. Azure Wilds.The location was foreign to him. Then again, this vast forest was as well. It would be no surprise if that were so. As he would toss aside the leaves he had latched on to his pads, he set it down and properply face Fell as she laid about on the lush vegetation.
"Azure Wilds? Never heard of it. Sounds intriguing though."
As he rose on all fours, he felt his legs become sloppy before correcting himself. Whilst the majority of the fatigue had subsided from his body, Artemis was still physically beat from the skirmish. The female certainly knew how to put up a fight. Thankfully he wasn't on bad terms with her.
"Suppose we should head there now?" he asked, rather curious enough about the site in which transpired him to insist in traversing there already.

Fell stared down at her paws at Artemis spoke of the rank she had mentioned to him. "You have much to learn." She chuckled. She needed to be patient with him though. "Guardian indeed." She said as the Male rose to his paws. Fell stood as well. Her paws didn't sting as badly as it had before. She was glad. The female sighed. The forest wasn't too far from their location, but she was tired. She could see that he was too. Who knew. Perhaps they would discover a cave or den that they could rest in. It was also a matter of question in what they would find within the Azure Woods. Fell had only explored so much while she had been there. All she could do was hope it wouldn't be a predator or other creature they couldn't handle alone.

"Hmm. I suppose so," he said as he rattled his pelt to remove any blades of grass or excess vegetation that had grabbed on to his ivory fur. Allowing a weak yawn to escape his maw.
"Here I thought that needing a pack wasn't necessary back in the north," I muttered, primarily directing it to myself rather than publicly stating it for Fell to hear, although it may have been probable.
Artemis's gaze had strayed before the sound of the female's paw steps beginning to take a path. With a simple glance, the male would follow behind towards their next destination. Hopefully, nothing would cross them along the way. Fighting under their somewhat fatigued condition wasn't a situation they should be in.
